The available reading types, prices, delivery estimates, and approximate level of detail are shown on the product page or checkout section before you place your order.

3. Digital Delivery

All readings are delivered digitally as a written PDF.

No physical product is shipped.

Your reading will usually be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure your email address is entered correctly.

Please also check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you are waiting for your PDF.

4. Delivery Timeframes

If you purchase a priority delivery add-on, we will aim to prepare and deliver your reading within the priority delivery window stated at checkout.
