This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, delivery issues, and digital reading orders are handled.

Isadora Medium Studio provides personalized written tarot and psychic readings delivered digitally as PDF files. Each reading is prepared individually using the details submitted at checkout.

Because readings are custom digital products, refunds are not normally offered once preparation has started or once the PDF reading has been delivered, except in the situations explained below.

Nothing in this policy affects any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

1. Digital Product Notice

All readings are delivered digitally by email as written PDF readings.

No physical product is shipped.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that you are purchasing a personalized digital reading prepared specifically for you based on the information you provide.

2. Personalized Reading Orders

Each reading is created individually and may include intuitive impressions, tarot-based interpretation, spiritual reflection, written guidance, and personalized insight based on the reading type and details submitted.

Because the reading is personalized, it cannot usually be returned, exchanged, or refunded once preparation has started.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • you changed your mind after placing the order;

  • you no longer want the reading;

  • you submitted the wrong question or details;

  • you disagree with the guidance or interpretation;

  • the reading does not say what you hoped it would say;

  • the reading has already been written, prepared, or delivered;

  • you ordered the wrong reading type but preparation has already started;

  • you expected a guaranteed outcome, prediction, contact, reconciliation, or result.

Readings are provided for personal reflection, clarity, and spiritual guidance only. They do not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Cancellations Before Preparation Starts

If you contact us before your reading has been started, we may be able to cancel and refund your order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because readings may begin soon after purchase, especially where priority delivery has been selected.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number;

  • the email address used at checkout;

  • the reading type ordered;

  • a short explanation of the request.

If the reading has not yet been started, we may approve a cancellation and refund.

If the reading has already been started, prepared, or delivered, the order will normally no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. When a Refund May Be Offered

A full or partial refund may be offered where appropriate if:

  • you were charged twice for the same order by mistake;

  • you accidentally placed a duplicate order and contact us before preparation begins;

  • we are unable to complete your reading;

  • the topic submitted is outside the service boundaries and cannot be safely answered;

  • the PDF file was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved;

  • the wrong file was sent and the issue cannot be corrected;

  • there is a technical issue with the file that prevents access and cannot be fixed;

  • there is another clear error caused by us.

If there is a delivery issue, wrong file, or technical problem, we will always work with you to resolve it fairly.

5. Delivery Issues

Readings are usually delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If you are waiting for your reading, please check:

  • your inbox;

  • spam folder;

  • junk folder;

  • promotions folder;

  • any alternate email address you may have used at checkout.

If you still cannot find your reading, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.

If the reading was sent to the email address you provided, but you entered the wrong email address, we will do our best to resend it to the correct email once you contact us.

6. Priority Delivery Add-On

If you purchase a 12-hour priority delivery add-on, this add-on provides faster preparation and delivery only.

The priority delivery add-on does not increase the length, depth, or content of the reading unless specifically stated on the website.

If your priority reading cannot be delivered within the stated priority timeframe due to an issue within our control, we may refund the priority delivery add-on fee.

Refunding the priority add-on does not automatically refund the full reading if the reading has been prepared or delivered.

Priority delivery may be affected if:

  • required details are missing;

  • the email address provided is incorrect;

  • clarification is needed;

  • payment processing is delayed;

  • there is a technical issue outside our control;

  • the submitted topic is unsafe or outside our service boundaries.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not normally available where:

  • the reading has already been prepared or delivered;

  • you changed your mind after ordering;

  • you ordered the wrong reading type and preparation has started;

  • you submitted incorrect or incomplete details;

  • you did not check your spam, junk, or promotions folder;

  • you expected a guaranteed outcome;

  • you disagree with the interpretation;

  • you believe the reading should have predicted a different outcome;

  • you wanted medical, legal, financial, professional, pregnancy, death, safeguarding, or emergency advice;

  • you requested a topic that is not covered by this service;

  • you used a discount code after purchase and want the previous order repriced;

  • you purchased during a promotion and later saw a different offer.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Readings from Isadora Medium Studio are for personal reflection, spiritual insight, emotional clarity, and general guidance only.

We do not guarantee:

  • relationship outcomes;

  • reconciliation;

  • contact from another person;

  • marriage or commitment;

  • career outcomes;

  • financial outcomes;

  • legal outcomes;

  • medical or health outcomes;

  • pregnancy or fertility outcomes;

  • exact future events;

  • exact dates or times;

  • decisions or actions by another person;

  • 100% accuracy.

A refund will not be given simply because a reading does not guarantee or confirm the outcome you wanted.

9. Topics We Cannot Safely Answer

For ethical, legal, and safety reasons, we may refuse, limit, or redirect questions involving:

  • medical conditions, diagnosis, treatment, fertility, pregnancy, or health outcomes;

  • mental health crisis, self-harm, suicide, or emergency situations;

  • legal disputes, court outcomes, custody, immigration, or criminal matters;

  • financial investments, debt, gambling, or guaranteed business outcomes;

  • professional decisions requiring qualified advice;

  • death predictions or exact life expectancy;

  • safeguarding, abuse, stalking, coercion, or immediate risk;

  • questions about minors where inappropriate or unsafe;

  • spell work, curse removal, hex removal, forced reconciliation, energy removal, or guaranteed manifestation;

  • any request that appears harmful, exploitative, unlawful, or unsafe.

If your order contains a topic we cannot safely answer, we may provide a safer general reflection, ask you to submit a different question, or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.

10. Revisions and Clarifications

Readings are written based on the details submitted at checkout.

A reading is not normally rewritten because the customer wanted a different answer, different outcome, or different interpretation.

However, if there is a clear mistake, missing section, delivery problem, wrong file, or technical issue, please contact us and we will review it fairly.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a corrected PDF;

  • a resend of the original PDF;

  • a short clarification;

  • a partial refund;

  • a full refund where the issue cannot be resolved.

11. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the duplicate reading has not been started, we may cancel and refund the duplicate order.

If both readings have already been started, prepared, or delivered, a refund may not be available.

12. Discount Codes and Price Changes

Prices, discounts, and offers may change at any time.

If you place an order before a promotion begins or after a promotion ends, we do not normally refund the difference.

Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout. They cannot always be applied after an order has been placed.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

We keep order records, delivery records, customer-submitted details, and policy information to help respond to payment disputes where necessary.

14. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment method.

Once we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account is controlled by the payment provider and is outside our control.
